- Review of the previous season
  - Propose and discuss possible rule changes
    - Adopt USAW Kids modification to make double chicken-wing with sit-through an illegal hold
    - Modify maximum entry fee for local tournaments
    - Change technical fall to be 15 point difference as in NFHS rules
    - Change D2/D3/D4 max HWT differences
    - Clarify "coaches passes" rule for Ironman Series tournaments
    - Prevent officials from coaching at Ironman Series and State Tournaments
    - Minor text clean-up in rules
    - Regional tournament requirements?
    - Changes to Ironman Series State Awards?
  - Major proposed changes are then distributed to the membership and put on the agenda for voting at the Annual Meeting in Augus
